The Director of Planning approved the application on December 13, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Gracorp Properties LP has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop this site with a 16-storey, residential building, consisting of:

  • 133 secured market rental units and 37 below market rental units
  • A FSR of 6.19
  • A building height of 49 m (106.9 ft.)
  • Above two-levels of parking

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
