Gracorp Properties LP has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop this site with a 16-storey, residential building, consisting of:
- 133 secured market rental units and 37 below market rental units
- A FSR of 6.19
- A building height of 49 m (106.9 ft.)
- Above two-levels of parking
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
