The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on January 13, 2025.
Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 25-storey and 17-storey mixed-use building over a 6-storey podium, which includes:
- 357 secured rental units with 20% of the floor area allocated to secured for below market rental units
- Commercial space on the ground floor
- A Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 7.59
- A building height of 78.5 m (258 ft.) (25 storeys) and 53.7 m (176 ft.) (17 storeys)
- Over 3 levels of parkade, accessible by the lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 rezoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it is subject to approval of the Form of Development, and it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
