Diamond Schmitt Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A 13-storey Institutional building including a two-storey podium
  • A 49-space childcare centre
  • A height of 60.55 m (198.7 ft.)
  • A proposed floor area of 37,062 m² (398,392 sq. ft.)
  • Three levels of underground parking

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (761) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
