Missing Middle Housing in the Rupert and Renfrew Area

The City is are exploring changes to allow multiplexes (buildings up to six units on a single lot) in low density neighbourhoods across the city. If approved by Council, multiplex units would be allowed on most residential lots in the Rupert and Renfrew area.
