- A Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 4,452.80 sq. ft.)
- A total of two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-9 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
