2020 McNicoll Ave (DP-2021-00106) development application

Mcleod Bovell Modern Houses has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey, one-family dwelling with an attached garage and a detached accessory building at the rear, consisting of:

  • Proposed height of approximately 35.10 ft. (10.7 m)
  • A Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 4,452.80 sq. ft.)
  • A total of two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-9 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
