Carnegie Community Centre, Evelyne Saller Centre, and Gathering Place Community Centre need to review how well their programs and services are working for the community.

Community feedback is one important part of decisions about programs and services. Other things that affect program and service decisions are budgets, resources and operational considerations.

We want to learn from the community what they need and want from the centres, based on what is happening now.

We invite people who use or might use the centers to take this survey. A report about what we learned will be available to centre staff and community before the end of the year.

The information you provide is anonymous and confidential. Only information combined into categories will be included in the report.
