Bradbury Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To renovate the existing three-storey plus basement Heritage 'B', one-family dwelling by lowering the basement by approximately 2.5 ft. and converting the attic into habitable floor area
- Rebuilding and raise the existing roof dormers only by approximately 2.25 ft. (no change to maximum peak height)
- A floor space ratio of 1.44 (4,146 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing RM-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
