Grosvenor - Property Americas has applied to the City of Vancouver, seeking to develop three mixed-use residential towers, as follows:
Ranging from 18 to 23 storeys in height
Approximately 295,000 sq. ft. of market condo
Approximately 126,000 sq. ft. of secured rental housing (including 25% for moderate income rental housing units)
Approximately 24,000 sq. ft. of retail area
A public pedestrian mews and plaza space
Four levels of below grade parking, accessed off new central laneway via central road
This development application is pursuant to the CD-1 Rezoning, which was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on December 9, 2020. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must satisfy the related CD-1 Enactment Conditions and approval of the Form of Development. As a result, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
