New Commons Development has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- A 17-storey, mixed-use building with 154 social housing units
- A Social Service Centre and Retail
- An approximate floor area of 11,434 m² (123,071 sq. ft.)
- An approximate height of 52.3 m (172.0 ft.)
The rezoning application was approved by City Council at a Public Hearing on July 6, 2021. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
