Architrix Design Studio Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to retain and renovate the existing Single Family Character Home to include the following:

  • A proposed total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 2,014 sq. ft.), including an addition at the rear of the building at the basement, main floor and upper floor (approximately 586 sq. ft.)
  • Raise the existing roof and add new dormers proposing total height of approximately 29.93 ft.
  • Retention of existing detached garage at the rear of the site having vehicular access from Windsor Street

Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
