HDR Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

• To alter this existing SRO building by reducing the number of rooms from 22 to 12, providing housing and recovery support on floors 2 and 3

Under the site’s existing FC-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
