952 W 14th Ave (formerly 946 W 14th Ave) (DP-2020-00813) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on December 9, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Aneek Developments Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey multiple dwelling building containing three secured rental units and six strata market units consisting of:
- A proposed height of 10.8 m (35.5 ft.)
- A proposed overall floor space ratio of 1.47 (857.1 m² / 9,226.0 sq. ft.)
- A total of five parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
