An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on February 14, 2023 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning.  A Development Permit was issued on March 10, 2023.


Team Cannabis has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use from General Office to Cannabis Retail Store on the main floor (unit #102) of this existing commercial building, consisting of:

  • A Floor Area of approximately 803.0 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation: 9 am - 11 pm, seven (7) days a week

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
