918 W 32nd Ave (DP-2021-00446) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on August 11, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
OAK32 Holdings Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, two multiple dwelling buildings consisting of:
- A total of 20 dwelling units
- A proposed maximum height of 13.2 m (43.3 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.20 (approximately 1,728.5 m² / 18,606.0 sq. ft.)
- One level of underground parking
Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
