918 E 16th Ave (DP-2021-00461) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on March 7, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Proschek Design Homes has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A three-unit multiple dwelling with a three-car garage having vehicular access from the lane
- A floor space ratio of 0.75 (4,609.95 sq. ft.)
- A peak height of 34.88 ft.
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
