  • To add and alter existing character single detached house to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (building 1) and to add an infill (building 2) at the rear, providing one attached garage to infill and one open parking space having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
