892 E 13th Ave (DP-2024-00019) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on November 25, 2024, subject to conditions. A Development Permit maybe issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents".

Victor Eric Design Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

• To add and alter existing character single detached house to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (building 1) and to add an infill (building 2) at the rear, providing one attached garage to infill and one open parking space having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
