The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on August 11, 2023.


KMBR Architects Planners Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations to this existing school, by developing an addition consisting of:

  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 1.23 (approximately 2,706 m²)
  • A proposed height of 9.37 m

Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
