Matchpoint Development has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with two six-storey multi dwelling buildings, consisting of:

  • Total of 91 secured market rental units
  • A total floor area of 5,460.2 sq. m (58,774.5 sq. ft.)
  • a building height of 18.2 m (60 ft.)
  • Two levels of underground parking

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
