The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on May 12, 2023.


Measured Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for exterior and interior alterations to this existing Heritage B single detached house on this site, consisting of:

  • New foundations and lowering the basement slab
  • Relocating the building to provide a 3.0 ft. wide side yard on the west side of the property
  • New carport, fence and gate at rear of the site

Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
