Formwerks Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Four multiple dwelling buildings having three storeys, containing a total of 49 dwelling units
  • A proposed FSR of 1.19 (43,728 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed maximum height of 37.73 ft.
  • One level of underground parking providing a total of 69 parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
