Perkins & Will has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 31-storey Hotel on this site, consisting of:
- A total proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 16.6
- A proposed Floor Area of 224,337 sq.ft. (20,842 m²)
- A proposed Height of 317.5 ft. (96.8 m)
- Four levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the sites proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
