845 Princess Ave (DP-2021-00502) development application

Studio West Designs has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A new two-car garage to this existing multi-conversion dwelling containing two units, having vehicular access from Princess Avenue

Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
