We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 800 Quebec St and 801 Main & 898 Main St. The proposal is to allow for the development of mixed-use developments at various heights from 14 to 22 storeys with a target of 300 units of social housing proposed. The zoning would change from M-1 (Industrial) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:

An open house was held on June 10, 2017 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at Carrall St between Keefer St and Expo Boulevard (600 block of Carrall St). A second round of open houses were held on November 18, 20 and 21, 2017 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, November 22, 2017 from 3:00-9:00 pm at 515 W Broadway (City Studio), and an open house was held on November 23, 2017 from 2:00-6:00 pm at Chinatown Plaza (180 Keefer St).
