7730-7770 Cambie St rezoning application

We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 7730-7770 Cambie St. The proposal is to allow for the development of two 6-storey residential buildings with townhouses at grade. The zoning would change from RT-1 (duplexes and multiple dwellings) to CD-1 (comprehensive development). The proposal includes:

  • 68 market strata units
  • Floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.70
  • Floor area of 6,622.6 sq. m (71,284.9 sq. ft.)
  • Maximum height of 20.3 m (66.6 ft.) for Building A and 18.5 m (60.6 ft.) for Building B
  • 94 vehicle parking spaces and 163 bicycle parking spaces

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

In response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), an extended online question and answer (Q&A) period was held in place of an in-person open house for this project.
