Daniel Martins has applied to City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations by converting storage area to one dwelling unit in this existing multiple dwelling building, consisting of:

  • A floor space ratio of 1.55 (approximately 11,388 sq. ft.)
  • An increase in dwelling units from 13 to 14

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
