The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on August 18, 2022.
Terra Firma Design Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To alter and convert the existing one-family dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units, lower the main floor by approximately 2 ft. and adding onto the rear
- Develop a one-family dwelling infill for a total of three dwelling units
- A Floor Space Ratio of 0.62 (2,426 sq. ft.)
- One attached parking space and one surface parking space having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
