The Director of Planning approved the application on April 11, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Fastmark Development Corp. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey stacked townhouse multiple dwelling building on this site, including:

  • A site total of six strata market dwelling units
  • Approximate total site Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 1.20 (706.0 m² / 7,599.4 sq. ft.)
  • Approximate maximum height of 11.5 m (37.7 ft.)
  • Four surface parking spaces at rear having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed RM-8A rezoning, to be approved by Council, this application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
