Bosa Properties Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, eight three-storey multiple dwelling buildings consisting of:

  • A total of 47 dwelling units
  • A proposed max height of 11.5 m (37.7 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.20
  • One level of underground parking

Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
