Yamamoto Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, three multiple dwelling buildings containing a total of 20 dwelling units, with:

  • A proposed height of 10.9 m. (36.0 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.20 (2,087.0 m² / 22,466.0 sq. ft.)
  • One level of underground parking providing 27 parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
