AlphaElite Education Corp. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior and exterior alterations and to change the use, at the above-noted address, to a Child Daycare Facility consisting of:

  • Approximately 18,070.0 sq. ft.
  • For a maximum of 98 children
  • Proposed hours of operation:7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
