We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 7280 Fraser St. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 6-storey mixed-use building. The zoning would change from C-1 (Commercial) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal includes:

  • 95 secured market rental residential units
  • Commercial use at grade
  • Floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.17
  • Floor area of 7,865 sq. m (84,661 sq. ft.)
  • Building height of 20.5 m (67.3 ft.)
  • 71 vehicle parking spaces and 185 bicycle parking spaces
  • 18 vehicle parking spaces and 28 bicycle parking spaces for 724 E 56th Ave are also located in the underground level of this project

The application is being considered under the Affordable Housing Choices Interim Rezoning Policy.

In response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), an extended online question and answer (Q&A) period was held in place of an in-person open house for this project.
