Suncor Energy Products Partnerships has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site a Convenience store in conjunction with a Gasoline station (Split Island) and a Restaurant-Class 1 consisting of:

  • A proposed building height of 12 m (39 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.08
  • A proposed floor area of 296 m² (3,186 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
