710 SE Marine Dr (DP-2021-00792) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on January 11, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Suncor Energy Products Partnerships has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site a Convenience store in conjunction with a Gasoline station (Split Island) and a Restaurant-Class 1 consisting of:
- A proposed building height of 12 m (39 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.08
- A proposed floor area of 296 m² (3,186 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
