7083 Balaclava St (DP-2021-00872) development application

Sean Best Architecture + Design Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-storey one-family dwelling with an outdoor, in-ground pool and a detached accessory building (two-car garage) at the rear of the site
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.16 for the site (approximately 3,450 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of 32.4 ft.
  • Two parking spaces, having vehicular access from flanking street West 55th Avenue

Under the site’s existing RA-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
