The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 26, 2024.


Elevations Ventures has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and to change the use from duplex to a Child Day Care Facility, consisting of:

  • A proposed floor area of approximately 2,481 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Four vehicle parking spaces, having access from East 20th Avenue

Under the site’s existing RT-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
