OrrMoniz Projects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a four-storey, multiple building on this site, consisting of:
- A total of 31 Secured Market Rental units
- A proposed FSR of 1.75 (21,230 sq.ft.)
- A proposed height of 12.6 m (41.5 ft)
- Surface parking, providing a total of 18 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s proposed RR-2A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
