The Development Permit Board approved the application on December 9, 2019, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Facilitator directly at darren.lee@vancouver.ca

Henriquez Partners Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, consisting of:

  • Interior/exterior alterations to the existing office tower and residential building, and to develop a new future Mall Entry Corridor with Retail Uses
  • A portion of the future 9-acre Park
  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.20 (approximately 22,476 m²)
  • A maximum geodetic building height of 118.2 m

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
