The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was cancelled and is superseded by DP-2022-00220.
Henriquez Partners Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, consisting of:
- Interior/exterior alterations to the existing office tower and residential building, and to develop a new future Mall Entry Corridor with Retail Uses
- A portion of the future 9-acre Park
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.20 (approximately 22,476 m²)
- A maximum geodetic building height of 118.2 m
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
