The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 13, 2022.


Developmental Disabilities Association has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and a change of use from General Office to Social Service Center, in this existing commercial building including:

  • Approximately 4,970 sq. ft. of floor area
  • Hours of operation: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
