We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 622-688 SW Marine Dr. The proposal is to amend CD-1 (66) to allow for the development of two towers at 28 and 32 storeys on top of two 6-storey podiums separated with a mid-block break. This proposal includes:
573 secured market rental units with 20% of floor space allocated to below-market rental
35% of the below-market rental floor space operated by the YWCA and provided at deeper levels of affordability
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.68

A building height of 102.2 m (335.3 ft.)
Commercial use at grade with a private daycare on level 2
276 vehicle parking spaces and 1096 bicycle parking spaces
