620 Clark Dr (DP-2021-00706 and DP-2021-00707) development applications

The Director of Planning approved these applications, and Development Permits were issued on November 3, 2021.
DYS Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Catering Establishment to Social Services Centre, in this existing mixed-use building, with two separate tenants, consisting of:
- The Kettle Society:
- Approximately 3,630 sq. ft. of floor area
- Hours of operation from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday to Friday, with the possibility of changing to 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm
- Dudes Club Society:
- Approximately 3,032 sq. ft. of floor area
- Hours of operation from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, these applications are “conditional” so they may be permitted. However, they require the decision of the Director of Planning.
