The Director of Planning approved the application on July 31, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Robert Lemon Consulting Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to amend the existing Heritage Revitalization Agreement, consisting of:

  • Removing the front yard setback provision that requires it be equal with the house on the South Parcel, 6187 Macdonald Street

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
