Robert Lemon Consulting Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to amend the existing Heritage Revitalization Agreement, consisting of:
- Removing the front yard setback provision that requires it be equal with the house on the South Parcel, 6187 Macdonald Street
Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
