  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.52 for the site (approximately 20,755 sq. ft.)
  • A new deck on the North side
  • 50 vehicle parking spaces, having access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
