6031 Dunbar St (DP-2021-00006) development application

Diamond Group Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a nine-unit residential rental building with four parking spaces on this site, having:

  • Proposed height of 37.37 feet for Building A and 31.39 feet for Building B
  • Proposed FSR of 1.027 (7,992.1 square feet)

This application is subject to Council resolution of the enactment and Form of Development of the CD-1 zoning By-law, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
