5876 Alma St (DP-2022-00421) development application

Kerr Construction has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey multiple dwelling (Building 1) containing a total of two dwelling units with an existing detached garage at the rear of the site, having vehicular access from the street, consisting of:

  • A proposed height of approximately 35 ft. / 10.7 m for the Multiple Conversion Dwelling building
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.62 for the site (approximately 6,290 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
