IBI Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a mixed-use project comprised of a 12-storey office tower and a 33-storey market residential tower containing 269 strata units, both over a four-storey podium with retail at grade. Public benefits include a 37-space child care and a youth centre.
The proposal includes the following:
Heights of 150 ft. (north tower) and 330 ft. (south tower)
Total FSR of 10.16
Six levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the rear lane
This proposal is subject Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
