The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn by the applicant on August 13, 2024.


Wiedemann Architectural Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-storey with cellar one-family dwelling
  • Surface parking at the rear, providing one parking space having vehicular access from the lane.

Under the site’s existing RS-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

Review of design guidelines applicable to one and two family dwellings in this district has been streamlined, as per the Council report of June 8, 2021, as a temporary measure for one year. On June 7, 2022, Council extended the streamlined review process for an additional two years.
