The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on June 10, 2022.
DIALOG has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to development a mixed-use building with a 14-storey market rental tower and a 27-storey market strata tower, consisting of:
- 80 market rental units and 133 market strata units
- Commercial retail space at grade
- Office space (including non-profit office space) above
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 8.6
- A building height of 84.7 m (278 ft.)
Under the site’s CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
