568 W 49th Ave (formerly 564 - 570 W 49th Ave) (DP-2021-00782) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on December 4, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Fougere Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, a four-storey multiple dwelling building containing 35 strata market dwelling units consisting of:
- A proposed height of 18.40 m (60.40 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.95
- A proposed floor area of 2,482.00 m² (26,711.00 sq. ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking providing 46 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
