The Director of Planning approved the application on December 2, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Sightline Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, four three-storey multiple dwelling buildings containing 19 dwelling units, with:
- A maximum proposed height of 11.8 m (33.8 ft.)
- A proposed FSR of 1.2
- A proposed floor area of 1,721.0 m² (27,013.0 sq. ft.)
- One level of underground parking
Under the site’s existing RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
