The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on July 29, 2022.


Sightline Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, four three-storey multiple dwelling buildings containing 19 dwelling units, with:

  • A maximum proposed height of 11.8 m (33.8 ft.)
  • A proposed FSR of 1.2
  • A proposed floor area of 1,721.0 m² (27,013.0 sq. ft.)
  • One level of underground parking

Under the site’s existing RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
