Catalyst Community Developments Society has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use building, consisting of:
- Retail and Office uses at grade
- 54 Secured Market Rental Units
- A proposed floor space ratio of 3.48
- A proposed Floor Area of 44,518 sq.ft. (4,135.88 m2)
- A proposed height of 73.2 ft. (22.3 m)
- One level of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
